Terms & Conditions of Sale

By completing a purchase on the PixieHalo website or through any authorized PixieHalo sales channel, you agree to the following terms. Payment in full is required and collected at the time of purchase. PixieHalo does not accept chargebacks, unauthorized payment disputes, or post-purchase returns of any kind. All sales are final once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. All freight and shipping costs — both outbound and, where applicable, return — are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable. PixieHalo is not liable for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damage that occurs during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@pixiehalo.com within 14 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date so that we may review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted outside of this window will not be eligible for review. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
