1A. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Carrier

All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. PixieHalo does not subsidize or absorb shipping charges for D2C orders.

Domestic (U.S.) orders: Standard, Expedited, and Overnight options available at checkout

International orders: Available to select countries; duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility

Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly indicated on the PixieHalo website or promotional materials

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been picked up by the carrier. PixieHalo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs holds, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

1B. Business-to-Business (B2B) / Wholesale Shipping

Order Minimums & Lead Times

B2B orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) as outlined in the applicable wholesale agreement. Processing and fulfillment lead times are typically 3–7 business days from confirmed payment or approved purchase order.

Freight & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for all wholesale orders are the responsibility of the purchasing business. Orders ship FOB (Freight on Board) origin unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

B2B buyers may provide their own carrier account number for billing to their preferred freight account

PixieHalo will select a carrier at its discretion if no carrier preference is provided; shipping costs will be invoiced to the buyer

Pallet or LTL freight shipments may be required for large orders at the buyer's expense

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all B2B shipments pass to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier at the point of origin. PixieHalo strongly recommends that B2B buyers obtain shipping insurance for high-value orders.
